Double chocolate brownie recipe. If there is something I like in this world, that’s the chocolate! I stopped years ago buying and having it at home, because it was the only solution to stop eating it all the time. I am not able to start a bar and leave it there, so now I only buy the amount that I need for the recipe (well, if the bar is bigger… then I eat it until I finish it).
So being a chocaholic, brownies are one of my favorite desserts. I like the texture of half-cooked brownie when you can still feel the melted chocolate inside. And that’s why this week i decided to prepare this double chocolate brownie.
And it’s a double chocolate brownie because I used cocoa powder for the brownie dough and at the end I added chocolate chunks in order to keep some pieces of chocolate after baking. Its delicious!
The recipe of the double chocolate brownie is really easy! You will only have to mix all the ingredients and bake them! Thats all. And I promise that you are gonna love it. It has more chocolate than any other ingredients so… its imposible not to like it!
